Smart Contractor Left Menu

The Smart Contractor main window has a shortcut menu along the left side. There is also a drop-down menu across the top of the screen.

Both menus contain the same options, but they are arranged differently. The shortcut menu is grouped by the major functions that you will perform in managing a construction project, in time sequence top to bottom (see below). The drop-down menu is grouped by generic function.

The shortcut menu contains these items:

Setup
Opens the Setup Menu.
Job

Opens the Job Menu, which has these options:

Schedule

Opens the Schedule menu which has these options:

Documents
Opens the Documents Menu.
Purchase
Opens the Purchase Menu.
Work
Opens the Work Menu.
Invoice

Opens the Invoice menu, which has these options:

Receipts

Opens the Payment Receipts menu, which has these options:

Reports
Displays the Reports Menu.
