Holiday Schedule entry form

To open the Schedule Holidays entry form, click on Setup in the shortcut or drop-down menu, then click on Schedule, then Holiday Schedule.

Holidays are days on which work will not be scheduled in the job schedule entry form.

The holiday schedule entry form automatically adds all US legal holidays to the holiday schedule.

Scheduled holidays appear in red.

The name of the holiday appears when you place the mouse pointer over a red date.

You can add or remove any scheduled holiday by clicking on the date. When you click on a red date, the date will be removed from the holiday schedule. When you click on a white date, a prompt will appear to allow you to enter the name, or reason, for the holiday. Enter the holiday name, and press [Enter] or [Tab].

Click OK to save changes.

Click Print to print the holiday schedule.

Click Exit to exit the holiday schedule entry form.
