“SmartContractor is better than any of the other Quickbooks add-ons I have found.
The estimating and scheduling sections of the software are useful and user friendly. We are finding in our office that the estimating section saves us considerable time. The versatility it allows is very good for us since we perform several types of construction—new construction, remodels, additions and commercial. It allows us to design estimates around the specific kind of project we are doing. Having the estimate feed directly into the Schedule cuts the time spent preparing a schedule significantly.
One of the best things I have found with Smart Contractor is the tech support. Anytime I have had difficulty—often times it is user error—Tech Support has responded promptly and to my satisfaction. That is important to me. My workload can’t afford the backlog delays in response can cause.
The Help menu really works and is designed in such a way that it is not difficult to find answers to questions.”
