Pros: Smart contractor allows you to do so much! It is a complete business management solution that allows you to efficiently manage your business. To name a few, you can create estimates, schedule jobs, create contracts, create change orders, invoice and track all the job costs through the many reports available. Another big feature is that the program is integrated with Quickbooks!
Cons: Although not a con, Smart Contractor has so much to offer I haven’t been able to experience all the features and benefits.
Overall Recommendation: We did a lot of research prior to purchasing this program and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our customers now compliment us on our detailed project management! Smart Contractor has allowed us to grow and I would recommend it to any company…unless you are the competition!
