I investigated several constructions management software programs before choosing Smart Contractor, including Ubid & UDA. Smart Contractor was definitely the right choice. The flow of data from one document to the next is awesome. From: customers, to job site data, estimates, contracts and proposals, scheduling, work orders, vendor quotes, invoices and payments, and much more, the data flows from one document or report to the next. All the forms are built in and pre-formatted, with the flexibility to manipulate forms to my specific needs. Takes a little getting used to because it does so much, but you can learn the basic functions quickly and the more advanced capabilities are well worth becoming proficient at.
Smart Contractor will help deliver a level of professionalism to your customers that can really give you an edge, while making your office work easier and more organized. I highly recommend Smart Contractor to both the small and very larger construction companies.
