I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for all the time and effort you have taken, above the normal training, to accommodate all the special program enhancements we have requested. I know at times some of the requests were not so minor and probably may have made you go a little crazy, (well maybe a lot) but they have all been important improvements to me to make our company run more efficiently and effectively.
I would certainly offer to take you to lunch, at the very least, but being you are clear across the country that will obviously not be possible unless you are ever in NJ or I’m in Oregon, which will probably not be likely. However, if there is ever anything I can do for you or the company, please let me know.
