Company Info Entry

To open the Company Information Entry form, click Setup in the shortcut or drop-down menu, then click on Company Info.

The Company Info Entry form allows you to enter information to identify your company. This information will appear in printed customer documents and contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.

The Company Info Entry form has the following prompts:

Company Name:
Enter your company name to appear on all printed documents and correspondence.
Contact:
Enter the name of your company contact to appear on all printed documents and correspondence.
Address, City, State, Zip:
Enter your company mailing address to appear on all printed documents and correspondence.
County:
Enter your company's county of residence. This will appear in printed payment application forms.
Email:
Enter your company email address to appear on printed documents and correspondence.
Phone, Cell, FAX:
Enter your company phone numbers to appear on printed documents and correspondence.
CCB Number:
Enter your company's CCB number to appear on printed documents and correspondence.
Locale Version:
Select the country in which you are located. This selects different functional parameters specific to each country.
