Print Payment Application


To print an AIA style payment application, click on Invoices in the shortcut menu, then click Print Payment Applications.

The Print Payment Application form allows you to print the AIA style (G703/G703) payment application (draw requests.

Note: Payment applications are based on Invoices, so you have to create an invoice before you can print a draw request.

The following is a description of the prompts on the Print Draw Request form:

Select Invoice:
Select the invoice to print. Payment applications are based on invoices which you create using the Invoice Entry form. The program will format the information from this invoice in the payment application form.
Print By:
Select the order in which the job items should be grouped and printed:
View Button
Click to view a print image of the merged document.
Print Button
Click to print the merged document.
Email Button
The Email button will be enabled if the customer for the current job has an email address entered in the Customer Information form. Click the Email button to email the merged document to the customer's email address.
Edit Button
Click to edit the merge document template. This takes you to the Setup Merge Documents form.
Exit Button
Click to exit the form.
