To open the Log Out Users form, click on the Utilities menu at the top of the main window, then click on Log Out Users.
The Log Out Users form displays a list of Smart Contractor users, and, if they are currently logged in, the date and time they logged in.
To log out all users, check the "Log Out Users" box and click OK.
The program will display a message indicating that it will take about a minute for the system to log out all users.
Within about a minute, Smart Contractor will display a message on each user's screen requesting them to save their changes and log out. If they do not respond to that message, the program will wait another minute and attempt to shut down automatically.
NOTE: If a user has left the program with unsaved changes in a data entry form, the program will not be able to shut down automatically. The changes will need to be saved (or cancelled) by someone at the computer before it can be logged out automatically.
If a user starts Smart Contractor again while the "Log Out Users" box in the Log Out Users form has been activated, the program will display the same message asking them to log out. If they click Cancel, that message will continue to re-appear every minute until they log out.
To stop the program from attempting to log users out, open the Log Out Users for again, uncheck the "Log Out Users" box and click OK.
