To open the Job Site entry form, click on Setup in the shortcut or dropdown menu, then click on Lists, then click on Job Site.
The Job Site entry form is used to enter the address for job sites.
The Job Site entry form allows you to create new job sites, or edit existing job sites. You can create any number of job sites for each customer.
To add a Job Site: |
Click the Add button. Fill in the prompts, and then click
OK. Enter the job site address in the Enter Job Site To Add or Edit: prompt, and then press [Enter]. Fill in the prompts, and then click OK. |
To edit an existing Job Site: |
Select the Job Site in the drop-down list at the Enter Job Site To Add or Edit: prompt. Make changes, and then click OK. |
To Exit the form: |
Click Exit. |
The Job Site entry form prompts for the following information:
Site Name |
Enter a name for the job site. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site Name>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
Site Contact |
Enter the name of the site contact. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site Contact>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
Contact Phone |
Enter site contact phone number. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site Contact Phone>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
Mobile Phone |
Enter site contact Mobile Phone number. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site Mobile Phone>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
Site Address |
Enter the job site address. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site Address>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
Zip Code |
Enter the job site Zip Code. If the zip code has been entered before, the program will retrieve and display the city and state. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site Zip Code>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
City |
Enter the job site city. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site City>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
State |
Select the job site state. This can be merged into customer documents using the "<<Site State>>" merge field (in the Merge Document setup form). |
