To print a Quote Request Listing, select the Print Quote Request Listing option in the Get Quotes sub menu of the Purchases shortcut menu.
Or click on the Reports shortcut menu, then click Job Listing Reports, then click Quote Request Listing.
The Quote Request Listing lists the items or products that are included in a quote request that was entered in the Create Quote Request form. A quote request listing is similar to a quote request printed in the Create Quote Request form, except that it is not addressed to a particular vendor or subcontractor.
The Print quote listing has the following prompts:

Click View to view a print image of quote request listing in the report viewer form. |

Click Print to print the quote request listing. |
Export button |
This button only appears when the quote request selected is a "Vendor Price Quote" (which is selected in the Create Quote Request form. Click Export to export the contents of the quote request to an Excel spreadsheet. You can give this to vendors to allow them to enter their prices. Then you can use the Import Vendor Prices form to import prices from the spreadsheet. |
The quote request listing has the following columns:
