Print Labor Hours Listing


To print a Labor Hours Listing report, click on Work in the shortcut menu, then click on Print Labor Hours.

The Print Labor Hours Listing form allows you to print Labor Hours that you entered in the Labor Hours entry form.

To print a Labor Hours Listing report, select an employee, or "(All Employees)", select a payroll item, or "(All Payroll Items)", and the range of dates to list. Then click View or Print.

The Labor Hours Listing form has the following prompts:

Employee:

Select an employee, or "(All Employees)" to list labor hours for all employees.

Payroll Item:

Select a payroll item, or "(All Payroll Items)" to list labor hours for all payroll items.

Date From:

Enter or select the date from which to begin listing labor hours.

Date To:

Enter or select the date on which to end listing labor hours.

List Extra Labor Hours Only:

Check to list extra Labor Hours only. Extra Labor Hours are labor hours for a job that were not included in the original job schedule. Note that when you check the Extra Labor Hours Only option, the title of the report is changed to Extra Labor Hours Listing.

Include All Jobs:

Check Include All Jobs to list labor hours for all jobs.

View button

Click View to view a print image of the Labor Hours Listing report the report viewer form.

Print button

Click Print to print the Labor Hours Listing report.

Exit button

Click Exit to close the form.



The printed Labor Hours Listing report includes the following information, that you enter in the Labor Hours entry form:

Employee

The employee who worked the labor hours.

Date

The date that the labor hours were worked.

Cost Rate

The name of the labor cost rate for the labor hours worked.

Pay Item

The payroll item for the labor hours worked.

Hours

The count of labor hours worked.

Cost Rate

The labor cost rate for the combination of the Labor Cost Rate and the Payroll Item.

Cost Total

The product of the labor cost rate times the hours worked.

Bill Rate

The billable labor rate for fixed rate items.

Bill Total

The product of the labor billable rate times the hours worked.

Extra

An X appears for labor hours that were not scheduled in the job schedule.
