Print Right To Lien Notice


To print a Right To Lien Notice, click on Documents in the shortcut menu, then click on Right To Lien Notice.

The Print Right To Lien Notice form allows you to print the Right To Lien Notice merge document that comes with Smart Contractor.

Once you have modified your Right To Lien Notice merge document for your needs, you are ready to print it using the Print Right To Lien Notice form. To open the print a Right To Lien Notice form, click the Documents button in the main window, then click the Right To Lien Notice option in the Print Documents list.

The following is a description of the prompts on the Print Right To Lien Notice form:

View Button
Click to view a print image of the merged document.
Print Button
Click to print the merged document.
Email Button
The Email button will be enabled if the Job selected has an email address entered in the Job Information form. Click the Email button to email the merged document to the Job email address.
Edit Button
Click to edit the merge document template. This takes you to the Setup Merge Documents form.
Export Button
Click to export the merged document to an .rtf text file. You will be able to edit (and cut and paste from) this file using MS Word.
Exit Button
Click to exit the form.
