Smart Contractor
Attached Document Form

To open the Attached Document form, click on the Attach button that appears in various forms such as the Enter Products form, or the Enter Purchases form.

An Attached Document is a pointer to a file that is stored outside of Smart Contractor. The attachment can be any kind of document or file stored on your computer, or on any computer on your network, or on any website on the internet.

You can store attachments to any number of external documents. These can be accessed from the Attachments tab of the Edit Job form, or the Attachments tab of the Edit Job Estimate form, or from the Add/View Attachment button in other forms.

Note: Files must be located in a "network share folder" in order to be accessible from all computers on a network! Please consult your network administrator for assistance with setting up network "share" folders.
