To open the Job Search form, click on the Setup menu, and select Job List Criteria.
The Job Search form allows you to set selection criteria to define which jobs are included in the list of jobs that appear in the drop down list at the top of the main screen.
The Job Search form has two prompts:

| Check the status' of jobs to be displayed in the list. |
| Job Type = |
| Check the types of jobs to be displayed in the list. |
Click OK to save the selection criteria.
