Smart Contractor allows you to track leads and customers that need to be followed up.
The Follow-Up List shows leads and customers that have been scheduled for a followed up or an appointment.
The Follow-Up List for has two prompts at the top of the form:
Lead/Follow-Up Status |
You can select leads and customer contacts to display in the list based on their status. Click on the Lead/Follow-Up Status: prompt and select a status. The program will list only leads and customers contacts with that status. You set the Lead/Follow-Up status in the Lead / Follow-Up tab of the Edit Job form. |
Sales Rep |
You can select leads and customer contacts to display in the list based on the Sales Rep assigned. Click on the Sales Rep: prompt and select a Sales Rep. The program will list only leads and customers with that Sales Rep. You set the Sales Rep in the Lead / Follow-Up tab, or the Job Info tab of the Edit Job form. |

You can sort the list of leads and contacts by any column by clicking on the column heading. |
Go Button |
You can select a lead or a job selected in the list and then click "Go" to edit that job or lead. This will open the job or lead in the the Edit Job form. You can also double click on a job or lead in the list instead of clicking "Go". |
Print Button |
Click Print to print the list of leads or customer contacts. |
