Smart Contractor Price Information
Full Smart Contractor licenses cost $1995 for one user, and $995 per additional user. Licensing is on a "concurrent
user" basis, so you only pay for users who use the program at the same time. Annual license renewal costs $149 per user. This price includes:
- One interactive internet training session.
- Free technical support by phone and internet conferencing.
- Free software updates.
If you do not need all Smart Contractor functionality, it can be licensed by module as follows:

Purchase Smart Contractor
To purchase a Smart Contractor license, you must first download the program. The
unlicensed version is fully functional, and comes with sample data of two jobs.
You can create three more jobs for free, but after that, the program will ask if you want to purchase a license.
Click Yes to purchase a license.
- If you have an active internet connection, this will open your browser with a secure PayPal payment page.
You can pay with your PayPal account, or follow the instructions on screen to pay with your credit card.
Since the transaction is handled by PayPal, you can trust that it is secure.
Once your purchase transaction has completed, you will receive an email with your license key, and instructions
on how to enter it into Smart Contractor.

If you decide that you do not want to purchase Smart Contractor, you can completely uninstall it from your computer
using the Windows Add/Remove Programs function.
